The Zen Fountain tm combines an elegant celedon glazed ceramic base with a self-leveling recessed platform which holds our individual selection of river rocks. Water gently flows from an opening in the platform and covers the platform with a subtly changing undulating surface of water. Changing the placement of the rocks changes the pattern of water flowing over the platform and creates a dynamic water analogy to the traditional Zen garden. Express your creativity. Add your own rocks, gems, crystals or flowers and ferns to make your own artistic statement. The fountain is twelve inches in diameter and is powered by a small and quiet UL listed submersible pump. It doesn't splash and is virtually maintenance free except for occasional addition of water lost by evaporation. Vary the amount of water in the base reservoir to change the volume and texture of the sculpture's sound. The Zen Fountain tm is meditative, relaxing and lets you exercise your own creativity.
