Handmade by Margi Beyers. Dimensions for the french bread pan loafs are 2-1/2" in diameter by up to 17" long. Perfect for making baguettes and you can make two loaves at the same time. The french bread pan is made of a special stoneware clay that allows the pan to be used in a hot oven. Because the clay is porous the resulting crust is golden both top and bottom. The even heat distribution is similar to baking in a brick oven. Your french breads and baguettes will rival those purchased from artisan bakers. The bread pan is easy to season and clean. Note that the oxide "swirl" is a distinctive decorative feature of Margi Beyer's bakeware and slight differences in appearance and texture are to be expected since these pans are handmade. You'll love baking in this pan!
