French Porcelain Baking Pan

This gleaming white, glazed porcelain baking pan is imported from France. Having a capacity of 44 ounces, the pan is 3" high, 10-1/2" long (including finger grips) and 5" wide at the top. The interior of the pan is gently sloping to facilitate removal of your loaf and the bottom of the pan is unglazed for even heat distribution. We recommend this pan for non-artisan type breads and for cakes and baked goods with oils that might be absorbed in a unglazed pan. It is also great for meat loaf and deep dish pies. As with all our French bowls, pans and dishes, the baking pan is freezer to oven to table porcelain and is both microwave and dishwasher safe.
