You can now go from oven to table without taking a chance of ruining your creation by transferring it to a serving platter. This Frieling springform has a double non-stick coated collar for easy release and quick cleanup. It has handles for easy transfer in and out of the oven. The heat-resistant glass bottom doubles as a scratch resistant serving platter. It's great for layer cakes, cheese cakes, ice cream cakes, creamy tortes and a multitude of other savory dishes. Included with your springform are recipes for deli-style cheesecake, strawberry layer cake and lemon-swirl cheesecake. Made in Germany.
