This set is recommended for those with arthritis or those with overuse injuries such as carpal tunnel syndrome. The 11" balloon whisk is perfect for your large mixing, stirring and whipping jobs. The 9" balloon whisk is smaller and just great for whisking 1-3 cups of liquid ingredients. The 10" sauce whisk is superb for mixing sauces and marinades. The ergonomically-designed handles gives you control, ease of use and excellent feel. All whisks are stainless steel with sealed handles.
