This Swiss-made designer digital kitchen scale combines refined elegance with robust performance. Meant to be displayed on your kitchen counter or shelf, it will solve all of your weighing demands with ease. It is made by Soehnle which was established over 125 years ago and makes the finest kitchen scales available. The scale is a joy to use. To turn on simply press down the front half-moon-shaped bar. You are now ready to add the ingredients you wish to weigh. The Add 'n Weigh Feature of the Cyber allows you to weigh a series of ingredients without first removing each ingredient from the weighing platform. Use your bowl or simply place the ingredients on the safety-glass weighing platform. With the first ingredient still on the scale, re-set the scale to zero by pressing the black bar. When the digital display again shows "0", simply add the next ingredient to display its weight. Set to zero again, add the third ingredient, and so on. There is no need to empty your bowl or remove ingredients between settings until the maximum capacity of the scale is reached. To obtain the total weight of all ingredients, press the black bar again to show "0". Empty all ingredients and place your bowl - if used - back on the scale. The total weight of all your ingredients is displayed with a minus sign.

The scale is switchable between lbs./oz. and grams. In the (lbs./oz.) mode the scale has a maximum capacity of 11 lbs. From 0 to 5 lbs 8 ounces, the scale resolution is 0.1 ounces. From 5 lb 8 ounces to 11 lbs, the scale resolution is 0.2 ounces. The scale is powered by a lithium battery (included). An Automatic Switch-Off Feature turns the scale off if it is idle for over 2 minutes.

The Cyber is a premium scale for the serious cook, baker or dieter. The weighing platform is unbreakable safety glass and is 8" in diameter which is excellent for bowl-weighing and for the weighing of assorted loose ingredients. The scale body is satin chrome. Overall, the scale is 8" wide, 10-1/2" deep and 3" high. The Cyber will make an elegant and eminently practical design statement in your kitchen.
