For orders over $15.01 we normally ship via FedEx ground. We have never let any of our customers down and we don't intent to this year. If we have what you want in stock, we will do all possible to make sure that your order is ready for FedEx to deliver your gift on time. If we do not have what you want in stock, we will email you within 24 hours to let you know we don't have the item you want.

Please note that FedEx Ground does not guarantee Christmas delivery after December 14th. We are on the West coast. Note that if you live on the East Coast, FedEx Ground normally takes 5 working days (7 days total) to reach you from us. Depending on your location and the date you place your order, you might still want to take a chance with Fedex Ground delivery. Otherwise, in the "special instructions" section of our shopping cart, ask us to quote expedited delivery for the delivery date you want your purchase to arrive.

For Shipments in the Continental United States

• We generally ship items weighing under 1/2 lb. by United States Priority Mail or United States First Class Mail.
• Items weighing over 1/2 lb are sent by UPS Ground, FEDEX Ground, USPS Priority Mail or USPS 1st Class Mail in the Continental United. Heavy or bulky items (such as our Blue Ice Fountains) are always sent by ground unless otherwise requested.
• We do our utmost to ship within 24 hours of receiving your order. In some cases we ship on the same day your order is received. Occasionally, we are unable to ship within 24 hours. If you need your order shipped immediately, it is best to contact us via email or phone.

For Shipments Outside the Continental United States

• For shipments outside the Continental United States, we will email you with applicable shipping charges after we receive your order. We will not ship or process your order until you have approved the quoted shipping charge. In general we give you several shipping options for you to evaluate.

Expedited Order Processing and Shipping

• If you need your purchase in a hurry, we will be happy to expedite your order. Please tell us how you would like to have your order shipped under "special instructions" on the Shopping Cart Order Form and we'll quote you. We will not ship or process your order until you have approved the quoted shipping charge.
